If you live in or own property in the Village of Vicksburg, Brady Township, the unincorporated area of Schoolcraft Township or in Park Township, your card is free. You are also eligible for a free card if you live in Mendon, Schoolcraft, Portage or Kalamazoo, which have arranged for reciprocal access with Vicksburg District Library.
If you live in Wakeshma Township, there is a small fee of $20/year per household. If you live in Pavilion Township the fee is only $35 per year per household, a great bargain.A parent or guardian should be with a child who applies. Cards are given to children in the second grade and up. You may have either a keychain card or a wallet-sized card.
Cards expire each year on the date they were issued. When this happens we will verify your current address, phone number & email address and renew your card. You will not be able to use your card until it is renewed.
