This past Saturday, the Vicksburg District Library held its first Garden Day at the Library (after having it postponed for a week due to weather)! It was a great time shaping up the flower beds and bushes around the building. We even planted a few flowers and things are beginning to look more colorful. We hope you’ll join us next year and help us keep our beautiful library looking lovely for summers to come!

Summer Adventure is here! This year’s summer reading program has been redubbed Summer Adventure and Youth Librarian Stephanie has tons of great fun planned for ages infant to high schooler. Wondering what there is to do? Go visit our webpage and register for your age group. Then get ready to have a fabulous time reading, exploring, and creating all summer long!
Our yearly Book Sale is happening this week! Come in and get some great bargains of books to stock up on your reading for the year.

Books, CDs, DVDs, and more will be available for purchase. All proceeds benefit the youth programs at the Vicksburg District Library, so come on in and buy some books for a fantastic cause!
