Week 48

Be sure to grab your library materials for the holiday season via Curbside Pickup Service. Details are below.

Good morning everyone! Well, we hope your turkeys are beginning to thaw and you are preparing to settle in for what is expected to be a quiet holiday weekend. We have a few big things to report here at the Vicksburg District Library, so be sure to read all the details so we can serve you in the most efficient and safe way possible.

CURBSIDE PICKUP APPOINTMENTS

The biggest news right now is that the Library is closed to the public. However, we are offering Curbside Pickup Appointments until we reopen once more (date is yet to be determined). Want to set up an appointment? Check out our webpage Curbside Pickup Appointments to get the full details on how to do so properly. We are also able to register and renew library cards, fax documents, and make copies. We apologize, but we are unable to print documents from the internet or email at this time. If you like to wander the stacks and search for new reads, you can also fill out a questionnaire for a book bundle. All pickups are strictly by appointment only and on a first come, first served basis for scheduling. We also kindly ask that you wear a mask when we deliver your items to your vehicle. Appointments are available during the following times:

  • Monday: 11:00am to 7:30pm
  • Tuesday: 11:00am to 7:30pm
  • Wednesday: 11:00am to 7:30pm
  • Thursday: 11:00am to 7:30pm
  • Friday: 11:00am to 4:30pm
  • Saturday: 11:00am to 4:30pm
  • Sunday: 2:00pm to 4:30pp

If you have any questions about this service, feel free to give us a call at (269) 649-1648 or email us at info@vicksburglibrary.org.
